Everyone knows web video is powerful. The trick is creating a powerful video without breaking the budget. 
The reality of video creative and production is that the cost of any given video could be $X, or $10X or S100X. It's also true that some formats and techniques can be produced to look great at a very modest budget.
The trick is knowing what matters for messaging. What's really the purpose?
You need to know if your message can be delivered in a format or technique that is possible to do nicely on a low budget with a very small crew of pros.
It also helps if the collaborating clients are clear and organized.
I think that's the case with the video we just finished for Fiberon. Their team is clear and very organized. They built and propped the deck. (And that's the client's wife and kids in the shot!)
